Please note that during peak seasons (such as Valentine’s Day, Black Friday, or Christmas), exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. While we do our absolute best to ensure timely arrival, factors such as courier volume, weather, and customs processing may cause unforeseen delays. We recommend ordering early for special occasions.

We are pleased to offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Times

Before your order is shipped, each piece undergoes a rigorous quality check and preparation process:

  • Standard Items: 2–3 business days to dispatch.
  • Personalized Items (Engraved/Custom): Please allow 5–7 business days for crafting and quality inspection, as these pieces are made uniquely for you.
  • Note: Most Vesper orders include personalization, which may extend the fulfillment window.

Estimated Shipping Times (After Dispatch)

Once your order has left our facility, the estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • 🇺🇸 USA: 5–10 business days
  • 🇬🇧 UK: 4–9 business days
  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 6–20 business days
  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 6–15 business days
  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 5–15 business days
  • 🌍 Rest of the World: 5–25 business days

Important Terms

  • Refunds & Delays: Late delivery is not grounds for a refund unless the package is officially confirmed as lost by the courier.
  • Cancellations: Once an item has been dispatched, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is processed (please allow 1–2 days for the tracking link to update).
  • Recipient Responsibility: Accuracy of shipping information is the buyer's responsibility. Vesper is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Issues with Delivery?

  • Missing or Late (30+ days): If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at support@vesperco.co.
  • Lost or Stolen: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package:
  1. Contact your local shipping carrier immediately.
  2. File a local police report if theft is suspected.
  3. Reach out to our team for further guidance.

Additional Information

  • Duty & Taxes: While rare, any international customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Order Cancellation: We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. Once an order is being prepared (personalized) or has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days with photo proof for a replacement or refund.
  • Returns: Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy. Do not return items to the sender address on the package without prior approval; it is not our return facility.
