How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed, we email you a tracking number (please allow 1–2 days for the link to start updating). You can check anytime on our Track Your Order page.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For the United States, door to door:

• In-stock items: about 6 business days.

• Personalized items (most of our range): about 6–12 business days.

International transit after dispatch: UK 8–16, Australia 10–22, Canada 10–20, Europe 9–18, Rest of World 12–28 business days. Full details on our Shipping Policy.

Will I get a shipping confirmation?

Yes — we email a tracking number once your order ships. Personalized pieces ship after crafting (about 1–3 business days), so their tracking arrives a little later.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on every order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Only before it enters processing or production. Because we start preparing orders — especially personalized ones — soon after checkout, please email us right away. See our Cancellation Policy.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email support@vesperco.co within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll arrange a free replacement. See our Returns & Refund Policy.

How do I place an order?

Choose your piece and any personalization → add to cart → checkout → enter your details → pay securely by card or PayPal. You’ll receive an email confirmation right away.
