Cancellation policy

Plans change — we understand. If you need to cancel an order, here’s exactly how it works, and why timing matters.

⏱  Please act quickly We begin preparing orders soon after they’re placed — especially personalized pieces — so the window to cancel is short, and cancellations can’t be guaranteed. The sooner you reach us, the better the chance we can help.

Can my order be cancelled?

Still possible Before your order enters processing or production.
Email us right away
No longer possible Once it’s being prepared (e.g. personalized) or has shipped.
Follow our returns process

Because most Vesper pieces are personalized, production usually starts soon after checkout.

How to request a cancellation

Email us as soon as possible at support@vesperco.co with your order number and the word “Cancellation” in the subject line.

If your order hasn’t yet entered processing or production, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund. If production has already begun or the order has shipped, we’ll guide you through our returns process instead.

Already in production or shipped?

Once an order is in production or on its way, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. You can still return eligible items after delivery — please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
